In time for the celebration of World Tourism Day, the local Tourism Office headed by City Tourism Officer Ching Pangilinan through the leadership of Mayor Vilma Caluag with the members of the newly-reconstituted CSFP Arts, Culture, and Tourism Council presented SM Supermalls, along with other recipients, the Incident Management Team (IMT) Compliant MICE Facility and the Partner Organization award for its active partnership, contribution, and support to the City’s programs and events.
Sky Ranch Pampanga was recognized as an Accredited Tourism Recreation Center for upholding the standards of the Department of Tourism.
SM malls were represented by SM City Pampanga Mall Manager Aaron Montenegro, Assistant Mall Managers Charm Bacani and Lester Pamintuan, SM City San Fernando Downtown Mall Manager Alan Dale Parungao, SM City Telabastagan Mall Manager Lana Erroba, and PR Manager Rain Cervantes.
